Our technical sales team bridges the gap between engineering and client relations. We support every phase of the sales cycle, from technical discussions and documentation to customer approvals and post-order support.

What We Do:

Technical follow up with customers for the ongoing projects / quotations.
Technical discussions with customers via phone calls, emails, Microsoft TEAMS or by physical visit. Pre & Post Order.
Finalizing MDL (Master Document List) for the project.
Submission of documents as per MDL for approval, followed by technical discussions for clarifications and obtaining these documents as either approved or commented.
Resubmission of documents as Rev.01 incorporating customer’s comments, followed by resubmission as R.02, R03 (incorporating customer’s comments).
Interphase between customer and supplier (our customer) until all documents as per MDL are approved in Cat-I (final approval – proceed with manufacturing).
Execution of the contract till delivery and receipt of payments as per contract.
After sales service as per contract.
